sensitive testicle/groin

I have strain/pain if my left thigh and groin.  I have been working out a lot.  I notice when I touch or lift my left testicle it is sensitive and I notice a little pain in my groin. Is this likely a physical injury?

p.s. It does not hurt to sneeze, cough, run or jump.

Hi,
It does seem like a muscle injury which is known as the pulled groin. You’ll probably need some rest & antiinflammatories. Please do consult a physiotherapist for the same. I don’t think there’s to worry on the same as it should heal although it can take sometime. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
