Small testicles

I am 26 yr male from India. I have a small testicles of size around 2-3Cm. Now i am worried about whether the size of testicle plays an important role in giving birth to a child. Am going to get married in another 3 months. Till date i never made any intercourse but still i use to mastrubate & i use to get ejaculation also. Now since am going to get married soon am much worried & also feel little shy to consult a doctor too. I never faced any pain or anything over there & everything remains normal. I like to know whether smaller testicle is a problem or not?? And how to check whether i'll be able to fertile or not??

Can any one help please?I posted already before i got reply for that also but still i am worried and depresed. i have the same issue..I have hair at pubic area and dont know achived puberty level fully or not. when i was of 12 years i got some titilation feeling on penis ,i was with girl at that time. after that i got the wet dreams and since then my penis and testicle size is same and not grown.it is even smaller then of kid of 13 years.i am of 24 now.please help me...

Hi,
      Thanks for writing in. Isonex is a  tuberculostatic drug used in the treatment of tuberculosis. Pulmonary tuberculosis has nothing to do with fertility, but if tuberculosis has affected genital organs it can show it’s impact on fertility.
Isonex itself has no effect on fertility. Penile size differs from person to person and is not considered abnormal if erections are normal.

Thank you for ur quick response, ur reply really increase my confidence. As you said i have undergone change in my voice, hair pattern during puberty & i have mustache & beard all others are quite normal. In my early age while am less than 10 yrs i suffered from mild Asthma & for that i had taken a tablet called "Isonex" for almost 2 years. But now am perfectly alright for past 5 yrs am never being affected by asthma. Whether this medication makes any impact on growth of the harmones. In addition to my above queriy my penis size comes around 11 - 12cm during erection. Whether this size is a normal one??

Hi,
      How are you? Size of testicles varies in great deal in men and does not really correlate with the level of hormones and sperm counts. If you have undergone changes in voice, hair pattern during puberty and have normal sex drive and normal erections, I don’t think there is anything to worry.
But if this issue still bothers you it would be better to get a semen analysis and visit a urologist.
