Soemthing ridiculus on my penis
Hello! please i need help.
Last week i had sex with my girlfriend about 7 or 8 times. Before that my penis was kinda irritated from times before but never got this bad. I had a white film over my head and inner foreskin and after reading a bit about it, i used one spoon of viniger in 1 litter of water and bough monistat and that took care of the foreskin and the white film, but my head of the penis was very dried and hugly. I only been with my girlfriend for 3 1/2 years and no other sexual partners. We had a fungus last September but with hydrocortizone cream and a antibiotic ointment my doctor was able to erase it. She also had the fungus but her doctor cured her with creams and oral meds. We went to the doctor when i was there and her doc said we had some rash nothing to worry about and a cream called Baycuten and that worked like a champ. Everything was fine but i notice lately that every time i masturbate i get irritated for more than usual. One of those days we had a great rough sex at home, then wash off and everything was fine. The next day we went to the beach and had sex in the water. After that i started to feel discomfort (not her she was fine and still fine) Fort about 3 days now my penis wont let me live quit, its like babysitting a puppy. i can't even poor water on it cause i scream like a little girl... It burns, don't itch, for 2 days now the cream im putting on burns and i wipe it with steril gause and warm water and what im seeing is a yellow substance (light yellow) and Blood. When i finish screaming and cleaning i see spots of blood all over my penis and the forskin is dry and hard ( like the skin is gone gone!), dificult to retract and is only getting worse. I went to the doctor Yesterday and the doc said "you have herpes symplex 1.... WTF and gave me acyclovir and the same cream that has me bleeding to death. I'm scared i never had such pain and discomfort on my penis. Since this morning it burns when i ****. I will include a pic of it... please be advice is graphic (its my penis). Please tell me what you think and what you recommend. please please .... Thanks I can't live like this... :(

Dr Thanks for your help. I got my results and I'm positive for herpes IgG and IgM. :( this ***** cause i always been clean :(. Now i have to live with this for the rest of my life and dealing with it for now has not been easy. Depression is killing me. Also nothing took the burning and the over growth fungus on my head except for this one cream. Nistatin is the best. again the big problem was cause by an overgrowth of yeast according to the doctor. Still working on it but almost clear.

Genital herpes presents with red itchy blisters which scab over. It typically appears as one or more blisters on or around the genitals or rectum. The blisters break, leaving tender ulcers (sores) that may take two to four weeks to heal the first time they occur.

Dr Thanks 4 ur response. I thought of a urologist but i went to my doctor first to see if she would send me to a more knowledgable Dr. But she jut looked at it and said Herpes Symplex 1, i mean in a matter of seconds and walked away. You don't think this is it? i will set up an appointment with a Urologist. Thanks

There are three possibilities coming to my mind. The first is of sexually transmitted disease like Chlamydia. Chlamydia is an infection caused by the Chlamydia trachomatis bacterium and is spread from person-to-person through direct sexual contact. Chlamydia can be passed during vaginal, anal, or oral sex if you do not use a condom every time you have sex. In men, it is diagnosed by urine and swab examination.
Second possibility is of balanoposthitis. Balanoposthitis is inflammation of the foreskin and glans. You need to consult a urologist who will examine the area and prescribe you antimicrobials after investigations like urethral discharge and maybe a skin scraping and KOH examination to rule out any fungal infection.
The third possibility although less likely is of chafing skin. Chafing occurs when the skin becomes irritated by the friction caused by rubbing – either against other skin or against a foreign material.
To rule out these three possibilities you need to get an examination done from a urologist. Tretament is specific for all.
