Sore penis opening and pain in left testicle

I've had this affliction for 5 years. Had unprotected sex with a women (40) I was 22. Next day the end of
My penis was red. One of the lips was swollen. Got tested for ghonerea and chlamdia twice! Negative. So tried to get on with my life.Started taking antidepressants to take my mind off it.

This year I came off the anti depressants because I have to deal with the source of my depression. Which is this!

Had a scan on my balls nothing wrong, went to a urologist. he was very dismissive and said nothing was wrong, went to another urologist, he prescribed me with 6 weeks (yes 6) worth of ciprofloxacine for epydidymitis. After 4-5 weeks of using these pills I've had no change in my condition whatsoever. I rang the doctor the other day and he prescribed me with 2 weeks of doxycycline. Ive got a feeling these pills arnt going to work either, but I will see..
its like a constant tingly cold feeling on the end of my penis, the testicle pain is more of a burning sensation and the pain goes down my leg. The testicle is mostly irritated if im sitting down for long periouds. The penis gets most irritated after I have ejaculated. its like my sperm is irritable.

ive posted a picture of my penis after ejaculation when it is at its most irritable.

This is horrible. I just want my penis to go back to normal. its very depressing and its what i think about 98% of my time. its the first thing i think about when i wake up and the last thing on my mind before i sleep. i feel i am losing my marbles

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there!

Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include GU infections, inflammations, trauma, erosions, ulcers, growths/ masses, neuro-muscular causes, dermatological issues etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
