I am not a urologist, so my insight in this question is limited.
Scar tissue or post-op swelling and changes can vary from patient to patient. The two complications to look out for are bleeding and infection - which I cannot discern over the itnernet.
If there is any concern about the post-op site, I would have your urologist look at it. It is not advisable to take telephone advice - since the urologist cannot examine it over the phone.
If there is presence of pus, redness, or fever, I would seek more urgent medical attention (i.e. an evaluation in the emergency room).
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
