bulging vein and knot on penile shaft
for a couple months now i have had a bulging knot the size of a pea at the base of my penis. This knot is part of a vein like structure going up 3/4 of the way on the top side of my penis. It is not always present, It is usually only present when erect. but can be seen when flaccid every so often but not nearly as prominent. the vein like structure running up my penis is really wide, like a coffee stir stick or maybe a little wider than that even. Its soft and can be pushed down. It can be full blown bulging out, and then a minute later its completely normal. Especially when I put a condom on it will go away rather quickly. I have been taking 400mg ibuprofen twice a day for a week and no changes. When i put a heat pack on it it goes away rather quickly, but then comes back eventually within a few minutes. the way I lay down or the difference from standing and laying can effect the severity of the bulging. It feels like soft and puffy as if fluid like. I cant tell if its a vein, or lymph related either .Can anyone give me some input? Thanks!
