Testical pain and acending into abdomen

I started having slight pain/ache on my right epididymis behind testical. The pain is on and off. I went to see the local GP and he inspected my scrotum and found nothing. He came to the conclusion that it was Epididimytis and prescribed me with some antibiotics for 1 week. I finished that prescription to no avail, went back to the doctor and he gave me some differant antibotics. At this time also found what i believe to be a cyst on the head of my right epiditimys. The doctor said that this is normal and can cause some disconfert. so i decided to go on with my life and put up with the pain untill a few days ago(1 moth later), I was masterbating and upon ejaculating my right testical ascended into my abdomen! after ejaculating i touch my scortup at this point it is nexto the shaft of my penis, and it goes back home. This has started to happen every time i masterbate now!
is this any need for concern?
also is it normal that a cyst can cause disconfert/aching?
The second timei visited the local Gp he gave me a form for a UT scan, said to use if things are realy bad. should i take him up on his offer?

I'm 21 years old.

Thankyou for your replys in advance, as you could imagine this is frightening and stressful for me.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
For such kind of growths, the possibilities of epididymal cyst or spermatocele have to be ruled out. Other possibility is of a benign testicular growth. Spermatocele is a retention cyst of a tubule and is benign in nature. Usually they are left as such if not causing any symptom, but if they are causing pain, then they have to be removed. Surgery is the only mode of treatment for which I would suggest you to consult a urologist.

Regarding the testicular pain, as there is no swelling or inflammation or redness of the scrotal sacs, so the chances of epidiymitis or orchitis are rare. The other causes are testicular torsion( most common in young men), excessive bicycle riding, hernia, varicocele or kidney or ureteric stones. Please consult your doctor for a thorough evaluation, appropriate tests and further advice.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
