Thanks again for the reply.. If i did rupture it would I be in severe pain? I've decided to take your advice and get it examined tomorrow.

Hello,
I would suggest you to get an examination and ultrasound done from a urologist because if there is any testicular rupture it needs to be dealt immediately so as not to lose any testicle. Also if there is any hematoma formation then anti inflammatory drugs may be required. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Thanks for the reply, how long should it take for the pain to go away if it's just swelling and bruising?.. Also when I try and lift them the right one can very easily but with the left one it just isn't happening..

Hello,
Trauma to the testes can cause severe pain, bruising, and/or swelling. In most cases, the testes -- which are made of a spongy material -- can absorb the shock of an injury without serious damage. However I would like to rule out any testicular rupture for which I suggest you to consult a urologist and get an ultrasound done.
