Bladder cancer symptoms maybe ?

Hi , I am 22 years old male and for about 2 months now I have been having urinary frequency no bad but just the feeling of always having to go pee , and my lower back has also been hurting these past weeks , I've had 3 urine cultures done no infection and no blood present in my pee doctors have also did blood work and kidney ultra sound... Does anybody know what this could be ? When I bend front wards i feel a lil pressure on my bladder area in lower stomach area , but also the urinary frequency has also gotten a lot better from what it was

I'm having this same problem and I don't know what's going on, my doctors look at me like I'm crazy and it's soooo frustrating... I found if I sleep on my couch because it reclines so I'm propped up I don't wake up in pain but I can't keep sleeping on my couch. I need to find out what's causing this pain. It's ridiculous and I'm sick of my doctors looking at me like I'm crazy!!! This pain is excruciating and I'm glad and relieved I have found a way to stop the pain but it's not a way I want to continue to live. I would like to sleep with my husband in my bed so there has to be a reason that's causing my kidneys to hurt sooooo bad when I wake. It hurts it the early morning and will sometimes be relieved when getting up and walking around but sometimes that's at very early times in the mornings and at times when I still need to be sleeping (when I work late nights) so I need to still sleep and I couldn't sleep because the pain would prevent me from laying back down. I'm even on a pain patch and morphine and that still wouldn't relieve the pain that's how bad it gets. I'm 34 yrs old and have enough medical issues to have to be dealing with this crap too. I wish I would of read a good advice or a good reason as to why this is happening in this blog since it seems as if there is a lot of people going through the same thing. And for the fact that there is so many people going through the same issue it's crazy my doctor hasn't heard of this issue before but no instead looks and treats me like I don't know what I'm talking about. Even a kidney specialist told me it wasn't my kidneys but I know what it feels like and it is definitely kidney pain no doubt about that!! I'm just over this and would love answers!!
