Tingling sensation after urine with blood..

i am 21yrs old, male. Previously , one day suddenly i realized pain during urination with burn, and at night blood came out with urine(some clotted). The urine is red in colour. There is always a urge to urinate, but urine is not happening as such!! I visited a doctor. He prescribed oflaxacin for 10 Days and some tests. USG showed a dialation of the pipe carying the urine jst outside the fight kidney. There was rbc in urine along with pus cells. But no microbes can be found in urine culure( this may be because antibiotic has been started prior to urine  sample provided for examination). But after  taking antibiotic for Two dose it was normal again. After two weeks after this, again i am feeling a tingling sensation after peeing, and the urine is yellow. The urge to urinate increased, though not so frequent. But not normal also. There is a constant urge after drinking water but not so sharp. I xray-ed earlier but there was no sign of stone. I have no idea wat has happened to me? Can someone hep?

Did you take the full course of antibiotics or did you stop after 2 doses?

Not all stones can be seen on a plain x-ray.  An IVP is the cheapest study to check to see if there is a blockage caused by a stone.  Avoid a CT scan as it delivers more radiation and an IVP is as good or better per the urologist I used to work for.  You don't care as much about whether there is a stone as whether it is blocking urine flow.  Those are the problem stones.
