Tiny cyst on my right testicle! Please HELP!

Hi,

Earlier this year  i found a small smooth lump on my right testis. mm sized, i really scared if it's CT. i went to my family physician and he told me to do an ultrasound.18/01/2017 i went for an ultrasound, Radiologist said nothing to worry it is just a small cyst and it is painless (Small extra testicular cyst measuring, 4.0x1.5 mm noted anterior to right testicle). he told me to follow up the scan after 9 months.

After 9 months i got my second Ultrasound. The cyst is still there with no changes on measurements, he repeat it is nothing to worry about.

After 2 days i got an appointment with urologist and he did a small physical examine of my scrotum and told me to 3 blood tests.
1.AFP  2. LDH  3.B-HCG

and the result is all normal.

Please help!
Is this cyst stay there for life? Or anything serious ?.

Robert
