Thank you for your response Dr.
Hello,
In absence of any urinary tract infection, your symptoms may be attributed to BOO (Bladder Outflow Obstruction) due to an enlarged prostate, or a swelling or infection in your urogenital system. It may also indicate a non-benign condition (such as a tumor of the prostate or other urogenital organ). So, I suggest that you consult your treating doctor, and if needed, a General Surgeon/Urologist for further evaluation,
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
