Urge to urinate in penis and uncomfortable bowel movements

I am a 23 year old male. About 5 months ago I had a near-constant urge to urinate, even when I had just voided. The feeling was mainly in my penis, though I could occasionally feel it in my bladder region as well. I was treated for prostititis, which helped alliviate the symptoms somewhat. Now, for the the past couple of months, I these feelings have returned, but are only noticible after a bowel movement. Bowel movements are somewhat uncomfortable during, but afterwards my anus and bowels feel "weird" for a while afterwards, and I have a similar urge to urinate, which is mainly in my penis. I have NO idea what is happening to me. Please help!

you are suffering from constipation which make the stool hard and with squezing it do pressure on prostate which cause urinary problems .
so you must use laxative daily to cure constipation i recommande you Lactulose it has no side effect and not habit forming you can take 3 dosages (small spoon) daily and try to poop in squat position to avoid pressure on prostate .

note if you have any problem with lactouse you can use any other laxative like miralax , metamucil i recommended Lactulose because i am using it.

sounds like chronic prostatitis.  I would def go back to the doctor.  its hard for antibiotics to pentrate the prostate and this usually recurs.
