MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL

Those are unique symptoms and I would urge you to see a urologist. There is a fairly rare condition in which a cyst is present in the structure  that extends from your navel to your bladder. This is called a "urachal cyst." This would be something which has existed since your birth but for some reason has been giving you symptoms only recently. It may be infected. It may be associated with a hernia in your navel (umbilical hernia ). These are readily treated conditions that involve surgery with good results.
Do see a specialist.

I know about urinating alot at my age, lol. I had that feeling around my navel when I blew a hernia, which might be whats hurting you maybe. The frequent urination, best bet to see a uro, could be anything.
