Urology, PID, Bladder or? Celliac?
I am experience distended lower body, having to urinate often, pain, pain when urine is inside (like the lining is in pain, the opening is not in pain, did go up to kidneys and did get fever but I took natural substances and it went away. Also have minimal perspiration flush occasionally

Well, without knowing the relevant clinical details or a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possible causes that may need to be considered include GU infections, inflammations, trauma, injuries, erosions, ulcers, neuro-muscular causes, growths/ masses, referred pain from other regions, hormonal/ endocrine causes etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by an internist initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
