I am a 22 yr. old male, sexually active, mostly protected. For a number of years I have had a small, circular, acne scar-like indentation about 2mm to the left of my urethra, looking down from my perspective, apx 1mm wide and much less in depth during an erection, slightly smaller but deeper while flaccid. It has always been asymptomatic, and when I stretch the skin out it has no change in coloration, and reacts no differently from the skin around it. I am simply wondering what this could be, I have had unprotected sex with one partner (my current) and we are both clean, and never before then.
I have had issues with allergic reactions to moisturizers used as lubricants in the past (red rashes painful to the touch, which scab over and then go away, leaving no scarring, occurring only on the penis shaft), which I ceased to use once I figured out the cause and have had no recurrence, and also trichomycosis pubis (http://emedicine.medscape.com/article/1054257-overview), which I self-diagnosed and treated with a 10% Benzoyl Peroxide acne medication as recommended, and which has cleared (any recurrences I will treat similarly). My only real worry is that I had warts on my hands in childhood and a planar wart much more recently, and I fear it might be hpv.
It seems to me that it's most likely a scar or a strange texture, but I worry...
Thanks!
