What is this soft lump at the back of my testicles?

Hi

So about 10 days ago, I felt a stabbing pain between my anus and my testes as I felt there it felt like the tube was swollen, the doctor said it was normal and not to worry.

As time has gone on I’ve felt like I’ve been sitting on something al the time, it was only when I felt my testes again, I felt this soft, flat circular and tender bump/lump it’s not actually on my testes it’s right the top and at the back, basically right where the sack starts, have to lift the testes up to get to it!

it feels like it’s connected to the initial tube I spoke about? It moves when wiggled too, it’s a strange one!

Does anyone have any idea what so ever what it could be?

Thanks
