About one month ago i was masturbating but suddenly i felt pain on my penis after that it fell down. the pain was vanished but still it was not getting erection.i went to doctor he gave me some medicine (Homeopathy) i started getting some erection but after medicines i am feeling same condition plz tell me what actually happened to my penis i am still confused whether it is hormones problem or nerve damage ??? Plz reply i am really worried
