MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Your are  obviously doing every reasonable thing to find out what is going on.Your symptoms  do not fit in with any disease process that I have studied. And, there are four other physicians who cannot explain what is happening either. When I cannot find anything objective and my patient has symptoms I start considering emotional possibilitues to account for these. A mild sedative such as Librium may be helpful. The urethral meatal lesion can be biopsied easily to make sure that there is nothing that is being overlooked.
