calcification spot in my testicle

hi doctors.i had an epididymal cyst on my right testicle and i did a routine ultrasound and incedintaly find a calcification spot in my left testicle and i wounder about the cause and what are the problems incountered for such a case?and is it a pre-cancerogen?what is the treatment?what options do i have?

thanx doctor,
in the report he wrote this 'small left testicular calcified spot'
and there is no mass or any abnormality in my left testicle

A single calcified area in your testicle sounds like an area of scarring. Old trauma/infecton, possibly. Probably not something about which to be worried! suggest that you discuss it with your physician, look at the ultrasonagrapher's report. What comments does that physician make?
