abnormal vein and curvature

ok lets start out by saying my penis has been curving left and downward. i also noticed this huge abnormal vein on the right hand side curving left with my penis. this is all not normal for me. its also causing pain i the base when i got aroused i penis didant even become erect i standed up and looked at it and it was pointing completely downwards. i felt pain in the uretha and in the left hand side of the base. i looked at the vein and it scared the hell out of me it was huge and bolging out as if it was trying to burst out of my skin. i was having issues with my penis before so just incase its involved ill explain it. i was masterbating a whole bunch and noticed my penis retracting or shrinking back into itself. when i would take a pee anytime of the day it would usually be retracted and burn when peeing. this also caused problems pissing in public it felt like i had to pee when i barely had any urine to pee with. i been at a couple of partys this year and everytime i had to pee after drinking some beers it was hard i had to find a area where i was completely alone so i could relax and let the pee come out. i also couldnt pee at public stalls i had to sit down on the toilet like a girl and all these times that i peed like this there was always some sort of burning and the urine wasnt coming out right. the urine stream was weak and not in a straight circle it was coming out wierd. now my penis is horribly screwed up its always turning and twisting to the left even while flacid. when i look at it laying down on my bed i can only see that huge vein in the middle cause its twisting left instead of being on the right hand side. but i can only see that vein because the entire penis is pointing  downward and sticking to my testicles which is also causin stretching in the skin and i have a lot of issues with the skin as well. what its the huge vein? will it go away in time? is this all due to over masterbation? and i know your probably thinking no one can masterbate that much but trust me since kindergarden to 12th grade so yes i think it is way possible.

what i should have said was that i did become somewhat erect but it there was pain in the uretha or wherever and the somewhat erect penis was pointing straight downwards.

also my flacid penis is always hard. i remember when i was a kid i could firmly grasp it and do whatever i wanted with it. it would just stretch where i pulled it. but now its extremley hard and shrinked curving to the left. why is my penis hard? the base and uretha is hardened this is not normal thats forsure.
