Hello,
The symptoms for urinary tract tumors are different for each urinary organ. Symptoms generally include blood in urine, Pain or burning during urination without evidence of urinary tract infection or change in bladder habits, such as having to urinate more often or feeling the strong urge to urinate without producing much urine.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards

Hello Dr. ,
Thank you for great help.. actually we went to the urologist who asked for a kidney function blood test, an ultrasound and a urinary tract x-ray.
The blood test was done today and for the photos he needs to have empty bowls so we'll be doing it next week, I'll keep you posted.
But shall i consider any tumors i mean what are the chances? i really can't go through this or even wait to see the results...
Is there any symptoms that could either confirm or exclude the tumor thing??
Thank you again you've been a great help

Hello,
Even if a person is not sexually active yet sperms are being produced continuously and may appear in urine also. Microscopic hematuria can be due to urinary tract (bladder) infection, swelling in the filtering system of the kidneys ,stone in bladder or in a kidney, blood disease, like sickle cell anemia, certain medicines and tumors in the urinary tract.

I suggest you to consult a urologist for your father and get done an ultrasound abdomen to look for any kidney stone and blood tests for sickle cell anemia.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep us posted on how you are doing. Kind regards.
