hyperdense spheres on CT

Please look at these 2mm spheres. What could they be? Stones? Where are they located? (Left) Seminal vesicle?

They're the highest resolution. Funny how poor resolution this CT is. I thought phlebolith or uterolith but I cant tell if there is a tail sign on at least one of them. My question is, is it close enough to be part of the seminal vesicle.

Hi there!

The images do not seem to be clear on the upload and it is difficult to determine the precise location of the calcifications, though these could represent urinary tract calculi, or conditions such as phleboliths etc. It would be best to discuss the situation with the radiologist or the treating doctor.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!

It is a contrast CT, by the way. I can't figure out what structure could cause those spheres besides stones?

I have the axial slice too if anyone wants to see it.
