burning after sex
In the last month, after having any kind of sexual activity with the penis, I've felt a burning sensation around the urethra meatus. The act of sexual intercourse doesn't hurt, ejaculation doesn't hurt or burn, and urination doesn't hurt or burn at any point. What does take place is a burning sensation that begins several minutes after ejaculation. The burning pain lasts a day or two and then subsides until the next ejaculation. I'm sexually active, but safe (sex with condoms, oral) and haven't seen any discharge or external abnormalities on the penis (at times there does appear to be some redness around the urethra opening). I'll get tested for STDs, but wanted to know if I may have developed a UTI or fungus? Thanks for any insight.
oral sex is without condom. It is also very infrequent, say with 3 different partners in last three years. The last was a month ago which may contribute to my anxiety.
