burning penis tip past 2 months

i am 23 yrs male. i have a slight burning sensation at the tip of my penis from past 2 months. it goes at some time and comes back in 2 or 3 hrs. it feels good for 10 to 15 mins after urinating. but again starts. it also feels good when i am masturbating and penis is erect. but again after ejacuation it starts burning. almost it burns for 15 hrs a day.but it was not too heavy but it makes a bit discomfort.i never had sex. but used to masturbate for 2 times daily for the past 8 years. and from 5 months i am observing foul smell in my urine and the urine is foamy. my urine tests always show normal. blood sugar fasting is 98 mg/dl.  the tip of the penis is never red or never noticed any blood in my urine. i drink 3+ liters of water a day and ll urinate allmost around 6 to 8 times/day. many times the urine is clear. have consulted doctor twice but the medicines (azythromycin) were of no use.i got this type of thing last year and had it for a month and it was gone after i started drinking more water per day. but now its already 2 months and the discomfort is still there. i still masturbate...but reduced frequency.....is my masturbation causing this ? is it a serious problem ?

first of all thank u very very much for your kind reply.

sir, i just want to clarify that i was never ever sexually active till now. but i do masturbate.

last year when i got this same problem i had a check up of abdomen through ultrasound and i was found with two 5mm stones in the upper pole of my right kidney. from then i used to drink loads of water and used cystone caps ayurvedic (himalaya brand) for two months which was prescribed by a urologist and after 2 months i have taken the ultrasound exam of abdomen and the stones disappeared and after about another 1 month my inflammation at the tip was also allmost gone but again this thing was repeated now, after about 8 months from then.

other than inflammation i never gone through any fever, chills, vomtings,or pain at the back.

anyways i never had my urine culture test etc. i ll surely go to the urologist again to get the right treatment.

is it too urgent to be taken care of ? or can i wait for a week or two before consulting the doctor ?

thanx a lot in advance,sir.

Hello,
This can be due to urethritis which is an inflammation of the urethra (the duct which carries the urine from urinary bladder). Now, urethritis is commonly caused by a sexually transmitted disease in a sexually active adult. The STD is usually caused by either gonorrhea or chlamydiae.
The other possibility which needs to be ruled out is a urinary tract infection and also any stone in the urinary tract.
I’ll suggest you to get yourself examined by a urologist , followed by an ultrasound of the urinary tract and maybe some tests like urine examination etc. I would also suggest a 24 hrs urine test and a swab culture of the discharge to confirm the diagnosis. Unfortunately treatment is diagnosis specific and these investigations are needed for diagnosis.
I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and regards.
