Can an almost clear less than 1/2 inch worm come out of my uretha?

I woke up this morning and peed at 5 AM - didn't open my eyes or flush, went back to bed.  Then got up at 7 AM (light outside) and before peeing again or flushing, I noticed a small "something" in the toilet.  At first I thought it was one of those almost clear silverfish (we've had our home sprayed for them before)\, but then I noticed it was moving ... like a worm!  Freaked me out.  I wondered if I peed it out 2 hours earlier OR if it crawled into the toilet.  I've never seen any kind of worm in my home.  Is it possible this came out of me and survived 2 hours in a urine filled toilet bowl before I saw it?  HELP please!
