chronic flank and groin pain as well as abdomen.

I had three kidney stones in the past three years.  Ever since I had the last one removed , which was approximately one and half years ago I have been constantly in pain.  It felt is if I had another Kidney Stone.  When I returned to my Uroligist approximately 2 months after the removal of the stone , he brushed it off by stating that you cannot get a kidney stone that fast.  I have been suffering. I been to the hospital numerous times 10 to 15 times to be excact. Every visit resulted in having a Cat- Scan done.  They would not find a stone.  However , on one occassion I was told that I have a minor case of Hydronephrosis on the right side.  Where the stones came from in the past.  On some visists I would have blood in the urine . On some visists I would not.  When I come into the emergency room due to the pain I can overhear the nurses and doctors saying Here he is again.  It really hurt my feelings.  They would just go through the motions Cat-Scan , Pain Med. send me home.  I have been to two uriologist.  They area considered to the be the best.  They seem to dismiss the hydronephrosis and blood in the urine. Since they don't see a kidney stone they said that I'm okay.  I was tested for UTI the results were negative. Just recently my Primary Care Physician , who had been very helpfull and fustrated, took a urine sample to be tested for crystals.  I'm afraid that the results will be negative and that I would , once again look like I'm crazy.  I forgot to mention the severe naseau that comes with the episodes(That's what I named the bouts of pain).  At first the pain would come and go but lately the pain is 24 hours a day.  I took pain meds but that did not seem to completely take the pain away.  I stop taking the med. to see if the pain would dissappear and also to avoid addiciton.  But the pain is to tough to handle.  I try to hide the pain from my family but to no avail.  I'm desperate and need help. I cannot go to get any more test. I'm tired of them. What do I do. Is there a Doctor who delt with the situation before?  If so please help.

                                     Thank you in andvance,
