I agree with the workup this far, as infection is the most common cause for this symptom.
If the tests continue to be negative, I would investigate the prostate. A prostatic massage can be done, and any fluid should be sent for analysis and culture. If there continues to be discharge, a transrectal ultrasound can be done to rule out an abscess.
These options should be discussed with your urologist.
