dont have insurance but scared to not seek treatment

Ive had this problem for about a week now. I wouldn't say I masturbate in excess but one day my testicle seemed like they were actually hanging lower than usual and I don't have the skinniest of legs so I moved them to keep from crunching them between my legs. and in the process. I got this weird tingly feeling all over my body that left me feeling week and immediately after my scrotum shrunk up around my balls and ever since my balls have felt like they kinda hurt. Ive also notice a rather large lump on  one testicle. could someone tell  me if I will need surgery or at least tell me what it might be? at this point I just wanna hear I will still have both testicles when I finally take care of this.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be due to varicocele. It is an abnormal enlargement of the vein that is in the scrotum draining the testicles. It often presents as a dull dragging pain or feeling of heaviness in the testis.

It can be diagnosed by physical examination and ultrasound of the testis.I sincerely advise you to consult a urologist and get it evaluated.

I hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.

any  issues related to scrotum  , u always can diagnosis  by using Ultra Sound.
The best way you could ask medical help is to   talk to medicaid people before you see the doctor .you might get diagnosed and treated  for really nominal  price.some hospitals
have monthly payment options .do research before u go.
