Lately the amount of sperm that comes out upon ejaculation seems much smaller.

I also carrey a very bad breath odor after ejaculation. Could i some how be ejaculating inside of my self.

shortly after ejaculation there is pain from my right scrum to lower right  waist side

Have you found out anything with your bad breath after ejaculation problem?  I have the same problem.  My bad breath seems to come in the days after ejaculation and it is really bad.  It's a rather metallic smell that seems to be coming from my lungs or throat.  It has become quite a problem at work and home.

Is there any palpable mass in the scrotum?

Any pain in urination?

Do a regular testicular examination and check fo any changes in the testilces. As for the ejaculate that appears to be smaller in volume, try to observe first.If there are no associated scrotal mass, any scrotal tenderness or redness, change in urinary character there seems to be no cause of alarm.However an initial assessment by your primary physician may be able to help.A urinalysis may be able to help to rule out any infections.
