Hi,

It would be ideal if you can provide a few details regarding your problem.

Do you reach orgasm or do you find it difficult to reach the sensations of orgasm as well?
How long has it been since you developed this problem?
Are you any concurrent treatment that can cause this condition? If you are not sure about the effects of any medication you are one, you can post the name of the drug that is present in the medicine.

How old are you?

Do you experience the same problem with masturbation as well?

Your problem could be defined as retarded ejaculation but it is necessary to define the type so that appropriate treatment can be advised.

Hi,

As you are able to develop and sustain an erection and only face a problem during the time of ejaculation, it is possible that the problem is at the prostate level. The prostate is a small gland that is present near the urinary bladder and stores semen and produces seminal fluid that constitutes semen.

Any infection or inflammatory conditions of this gland can cause it to enlarge and can result in decreased pressure during ejaculation or urination. Most individuals so affected report that semen appears to ooze out instead of shooting out and the urine stream can become so weak as to result in dribbling or spraying.

You will need to consult a urologist for further evaluation of your problem and required treatment.

Do keep us posted on any further doubts you have in this regard.
