On your advice i visited a urologist & after seeing my reports of urine, ultra sound of urethra, kidney, scrotum & physical examining the penis suggested me to take hytrin 1mg just for five days. He was of the opinion that these changes take place after 55years of age or so. Doc is it possible that their could be some inflammation in my urethra as some time i have been pressing my low belly on both side under the naval while passing the stool.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Erectile pain or painful erections can be due to penile trauma, pyeronie’s disease, phimosis, lichen sclerosus, priapism or due to prostatic inflammation. The typical symptoms of prostatitis are fever, pelvic, testicle, or rectal pain, frequent and painful urination and ejaculation and incomplete emptying of bladder.
I suggest you to consult a urologist and get these possibilities ruled out.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
