Weak urine flow (although plenty of urine) and weak ejaculation and lack of semen

For the past 6 years I have had a continuously weaker urine flow....I urinate plenty and often and apparently normal....but the stream is getting weaker and weaker. Also, my ejaculations during the same 6 years are very weak and very little fluid comes out...the orgasms are intense and fine....but there is not much seminal fluid and it does NOT squirt out it just oozes out.
So, it seems there is some lack of strength of pressure issue with both both of these and they seem to be perhaps caused by the same problem.

Any educated guesses at what is going wrong and more than that any suggestions as to how to fix both????

Thanks, Louis

Hello,
For such symptoms first of all any obstruction in the flow of urine and semen like in the urethra and prostatitis need to be ruled out.
First of all your symptoms are not the typical symptoms of prostatitis. The typical symptoms of prostatitis are fever, pelvic, testicle, or rectal pain, frequent and painful urination and ejaculation and incomplete emptying of bladder.

I suggest you to consult a urologist and get your PSA levels and a cystoscopy done to rule out any obstruction to the flow of urine and semen.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Plenty of urine?   Have you seen a urologist to check your prostate?   Has he asked you for PSA test, and the level is normal?
