foreskin restoration, bruising

Last night, I noticed the underside of my penis has a dark line running from the tip of the head to the scrotum.  It's just darker than the rest of the skin on my penis; it starts small at the head and widens as it gets closer to the scrotum.  Through the middle of this dark section is a smaller vertical line (which looks like a blood vessel).  Is it possible that I've burst a blood vessel and bruised my penis?

I didn't feel any pain before - but now have a little discomfort (only when I think about it).

Background:
I've started using a tugging device on my penis in attempts to restore my foreskin.  I never use it to the point of pain or discomfort and was quite surprised to see a the dark section.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

This tugging device has a suction mechanism?

The first thing that enters my mind is a hematoma. I suggest you seek immediate consult with a urologist to have this properly assessed and manage. If this is indeed a hematoma we do not want any further swelling or brusing as this may compress nearby structures. I am just giving some possible differentials here. A complete medical history and physical examination will be able to ascertain what this is.

Refrain from using the device until a consult is done.Keep us posted.
