Intermittent mild pain in Scrotum

Hi,

I am feeling mild pain that come and goes in scrotum from last one month, i cant say exactly whether the pain is in Scrotum or in Testicle.
i have visited Urologist one month ego, he suggested to take scrotal ultrasound, below is the report and he suggested only pain relievers () for 5 days. The pain is not go away even after taking the prescribed tables for 5 days.

i got married 3 months ago and now i am worrying about that does it affect fertility or not. also get out of testicular pain.
Please suggest me. im desperately waiting for the solution. Thanks in advance.

Scrotal ultra sound result:
RT SCROTUM:

*Testicle :: normal in size
*Epidydimis is normal.
*Peri Testicular veins are normal. no e/o reflex on valsalva manoeuver.
*spermatic cord is normal.
*minimal free fluid in the tunica vaginals.(within physiological limits)

L.T SCROTUM:

*Testicle :: normal in size
*Epidydimis is normal.
*spermatic cord is normal.
*Peri Testicular veins are mild prominent (diameter ::1.9mm). showing reflex on valsalva manoeuver.
*minimal free fluid in the tunica vaginals.(within physiological limits)
*6 mm calcification noted in the peri testicular region..


also, done the semen analysis, it was normal.

one more thing i have forgot to mention from the sxrot US report, please see below.

IMPRESSION:
**** mile vericocele
**** 6mm calsification found in peri testicular region
**** Teatis are nirmal bilatrally

so, here i could see they mantioned mild vericocele, this is what i am getting tensed on my ability of firtility.

do I have vericocele??
if i have then how mucj time will it take to get seviour (grade 2 or 3).
can i go for any treatment for mild vericocele???

Your ultrasound is normal. My feeling is that this pain should settle down in time. There is nothing it this report to question your fertility.
