irritation inside the penis

I have a  irritation inside the penis it feels like it is inside the head and down the penis inside.. This started about 8-10 years ago. I saw a expert in the uk for around 5 years. we did lots of tests, all came back clear. STD, pee test, and a cam put inside all the way to the bladder. They said I had bladder pain syndrome, it is ok most of the time but when it gets bad it feels like something is in the penis, like water etc.  it feels worse at night, and I get up to pee, I pee fine and I pee lots, it is normaly light in colour and no smell..  my stomack or bladder feel bloated from time to time, I don't drink much, and don't smoke. I am healthy weight 1.89 tall 80kg.  sometimes it painful.
I seem to pee so much, and I am not drinking all the time, at work I drink water ( sometimes soda)  but mostly water, and 2 cups of English tea a day.
It stops me from sleeping and if making me stressed and its be so many years
oh I am 35 years old

Did they call it interstitial cystitis?

Personally I would try Azo-Standard, which is an anesthetic that I think would give you symptomatic relief.  I wouldn't take it all the time.  It dyes your urine bright orange.  It's quite startling.  Do wear dark or red underwear because the dye will stain.  Maybe you could get some relief.

I will send you some info.
