is i trelated to varicocele?
hi, i used to do masturbation when i was 12 ys then stoped when i was 16 i stopped for 4 years and didnot do it then i returned to do that when i was 19 ys and again stopped at 22 iam now 23 ys old
when iam exposed to anything that can make me feel a need to do that i have a pzin in my left leg like hottness and i looked for symptomes and signs of varciocele like pain in testis or redundant scrotum and the level of testicle i found that i have the reverse of all
no pain no redundancy and the right tests is lower than left but not so lower
i have only a pain which may be only feel of hottness in region starting from the medial aspect of my left thigh to down my left feet
this pain is not constant only when iam exposed to sexy conditions for many times
is it related to varicocele or not??
i used to put a cold paths at this site is it ok or not?

Yes, the pain you describe in the latter post can be due to varicocele. However the pain you feel in your leg looks more like a varicose vein or a deep vein thrombosis. It could also be lymphatic engorgement. The fact that cold compress helps indicates a venous pooling or an inflammation.
I would recommend you to consult your PCP and get a referral for a vascular specialist.

some times when i did that i feel the the congestion pain and feel the congested veins in my scrotum but that pain and that congestion disappear within few hours

One simple explanation is sexual arousal that does not end in ejaculation can cause congestion in the sperm carrying tubes. This causes a dull aching sensation in the testicle also called ‘blue balls’. In your case this also probably results in venous engorgement resulting in varicose vein like situation. This is harmless and usually the pain disappears within a few hours. Some relieve the pain/discomfort through masturbation. However you can consult an urologist or a vascular doctor once.
