is it an UTI

I just finished taking Ulcer medications: 2 antibiotics and Omeprazole. a week ago, i got signs of an early UTI, and i drunk lots of water with few lemon drops....it went away, and now 2 days ago i have more signs of UTI(burning during urination and some pressure in my bladder)....I just went to the bathroom like 15min ago, and now i want to go back.
Could this be an UTI? how can it be if i just finished 2 kinds of antibiotics? Could it be the omeprazole medication???
Please help! I need to know if i should see my doctor again.

thanks

I just got through taking ulcer meds about a week ago also. I developed a yeast infection which was caused by the antibiotics. Now that the yeast infection is cleared I am going through the uti now. I got the symptoms last night and still going through it today. If you want to try home remedies before seeing the doctor...put a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water and drink that. You should also drink cranberry juice and eat some blueberries. These all help with uti. I actually just drank a glass of water with baking soda...its not bad at all. Also stay away from sugars!!! I know it maybe to late for the advise but I figured next time around it'll help. And yes, I thought the same thing you did. How can this be if I just took 2 weeks worth of antibiotics?? WIERD.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
Although with the use of antibiotics the chances of infection are less, however, it can always occur. I’ll suggest you to get your urine examined and depending on the urine culture sensitivity report, the right antibiotics should be used. Meanwhile, will suggest you to continue taking plenty of fluids. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
