Bump on tip of penis and dryness/pain after ejaculation

I've had a bump on the tip of penis for about 2 to 2.5 months now. It goes from being flat and pinkish to red and raised after any ejaculation. The tip of my penis also becomes scaly and dry after and there's a very slight discomfort in my urethra. I've also had lower right abdominal pain (right between the shaft/groin) for a couple of weeks.

Based on 4 visits to the doctor and my research online, it's very unlikely to be an STD (none of the STDs present bumps like this that last so long - and the only exposure to an STD would be one event of oral sex 3 months ago). A possible diagnosis for the pelvic/urethral pain would be Chronis Prostaititis, but I have no idea what the bump could be.

It is about 1 to 1.5cm in diameter and sometimes looks like a tiny group of small bumps and sometimes looks like one bump. Almost like a mosquito bite in appearance. There are no other bumps on the penis. It is slightly shiny with no white lines, craters or pus. When my penis is erect it just looks like a red discolouration.

Any suggestions on what this condition could be? I'm being checked by a urologist and have had a bunch of tests done but it will be a month before I can see the doctor.

Thanks!

I wanted to take a picture to post on the forum, post-sexual activity, but I couldn't get a focus on my camera. After ejaculation recently the inside of the urethra is slightly red, the meatus is slightly swollen and there's a couple of new bumps next to the red patch (which seems to react very strongly to ejaculation). The bumps are slightly white/purplish looking, and there's a couple of tiny ones around the opening of the urethra. The penis tip also looks wrinkly and "bruises" easily from movement inside my boxers.

This only opens after ejaculating. Thought i'd pass more info along.

I'd like to add also that it does not itch and I feel a slight pain when touching the bumpy area.
