kidney stone stents and feeling sick

I have a kidney stents in because of a kidney stone it has been removed but in the process of getting it removed the Dr had complications and the y have to leave the stent in it has been in going on 6 weeks i have been OK just feel the usual stuff that comes along with the sents like pain and needing to go all the time but today and last night i start to very sick sweats the pain changed to a sharp pain to a bruised sore like pain have diarrhea vomiting nausea tired anxious and all around feeling bad muscles are sore i do have crohn's but it does not feel like a flare i also have no urge to eat and feel very thirsty pls help what can be going  on?

thanks for the advice i do have a fever i also thought it might not by the stents just wanted to see if the could be related when you have a forgein object in the body you want to make sure that is not the cause.I had call the urologist he  was out for the day and it is friday so he will not be in intill monday i guess if i do not fell better or get  worst  i will go to er

Do you have a fever at all?  It could be unrelated to the stent (you just have the flu or something) or possibly that you have an infection related to the stent.  Call your urologist and tell him/her what is going on.  You may need an antibiotic and/or they may need to take the stent out right away.
