Swollen penis vein please help and read full Q

Ok I know I'm an idiot but bare with me.
So, long story short, my friend introduced my to a exercise called "jelqing" so I was like ok why not who wouldn't want it bigger. So I did it for 3 days 40 times a day. I woke up on the 4th day to notice that I was have slight to moderate pain; I look at my penis and on the left side there is a prominent vein running along it, stopping before the head, mind you. Like I said it hurts slightly when I apply pressure to it. It's been like 1 day since I've stopped, and I think the pain has subsided a little, but not the vein or maybe Idk. I think the pain may also slightly radiate to my left nut and my stomach but I can't be sure of the latter cause that could be anything. Do I need a Dr. App right away? Or will this heal?
Side notes: I've never had any history of penis probs, i checked for lumps and felt none, the vein isn't like super huge but you can tell. Also when I was jelqing I didn't apply a huge amount of pressure, but a considerable amount

Thank you
