There are several ways to increase the sperm count. You should do regular exercise and eat nutritious food rich in vitamins and minerals (more of fruits & meat based products). Refrain from excessive consumption of alcohol & smoking. Doing some regular meditation also helps in relaxation & improving the sperm count. I’ll also suggest doing sexual intercourse after a gap of 3 days which tends to improve the sperm & doing it in early morning or late afternoon helps as at those times the sperm count is better.
