microscopic red dots on glans penis

I'm 31 year old sexual active person. It has been a week since i've noticed many microscopic red dots on my glans penis. i am not circumsized, but i always wash it well (inside and outside).
What could these tiny microscopic red dots be ?
N.B. i see them more clearly right after sex, when penis is still erected!

Thanks a lot for ur reply.

I've looked over some pics of petechiae, but it is not like that at all. To give a better description of what i see on my glans penis, actually it is very small buttons that i see underneath the skin of my glans penis, near the urethral exit. It is more like that, i hope i was clearer now.

Thanks again doc

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL

Hello,
It can be due to dermatitis skin or small petechiael spots after having a rough intercourse. Petechiae are pinpoint-sized red dots under the surface of the skin. They are common after skin trauma and viral infections. They should go away in a few days. But if they persist then please consult a physician and get other causes ruled out.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
