meatus swollen after minor trauma

hello there, please bare with me, i have had this problem for 2 weeks now and it is driving me crazy.

it initially started while i was sleeping and i had a rather strong "sleeping erection" , i woke up, looked at it, and went back to sleep.

when i woke up the next day to go to the bathroom, a few drops of blood came out (i was sightly worried since i lift weights that i ruptured something) but then i took a look at my meatus, and find out that my meatus has grown 1mm and that there was a micro cut that cause a few drops of blood to come out.

so i just said.. f it and continued about my normal day of weight lifting... i noticed the meatus was very very sensitive to any movement in my underwear, it was very frustrating and took a few days to be able to find a solution.

i basically now wear tighter underpants and i force my penis to look down so the meatus doesnt rub against the underwear.

i thought to myself if i give it time it will heal, i didnt masturbate or do anything for 1 weeks, then i couldnt help myself and masturbated but no injury the next day so i felt happy like i am about to fully heal !,.. oh sorry i didnt mention the meatus is puffy and swollen the entire time it is like 2 lips , not always red, but always lipped except when i get a full erection.

so yesterday was the mark of two weeks, and at night i got another erection, and then i felt a tingle so i thought of something very unsexy so the penis can sit down again.. i opened the lights and sure enough, a few drops of blood, and the feeling of being re injured.

2 weeks of puffed lip, and apparently an injury that will happen again if my penis gets up :(

btw i am circumcised, dont have meatal stenosis, dont have discharge but my pre ejaculation is more immense than normal when sexual excited only, have never had any sexual contact, and last time i was ever stuck with a needle was 2 years ago, it is not an STD i never even had a HJ or ** or any kind of J
kindly help !!!!

hello there, thank you very much for your reply.

update is that thank GOD i no longer have tenderness in skin, not as much as when the trauma happened atleast... the skin was a bit dry after the trauma so i applied ointments for 3 or 4 days and it has not returned to natural skin... however i still face one problem...

when flacid, there are still 2 puffy lips basically or slightly protruded meatus ... and since the trauma my meatus has relatively increased in size by about 1mm or even slightly less than 1mm.. which has affected the shape of urine while leaving body  (it has me worried for abit)  but there is no pain, everything feels 90% normal.

the preseminal fluid used to be exaggerated for some reason, but i think it was a way for the body to protect from further injury and to facilitate urination.

today i am much much much better than what i was before, the injury was not internal, it was blood capillaries, and they got re injured once, but since then have healed and for the past month i have been resuming normal life, and normal exercise without feeling any tingling or pain.

the only way to get rid of this puffy meatus i was told was through surgery because i did go to a urologist that told me that if i wanted it back to normal i need surgery , but that it has no bad effect on me to leave it like this since it is only slightly protruded ... no surgery for this guy :D
