painful rashes on inner foreskin of penis

Hi
Since 4 days ago, I felt pain & itching on glans of penis and saw some white milky under the foreskin, which I washed with water. After two days I felt no pain but itching on top of penis. Then I apply some mustard oil under foreskin of penis. After applying, it feels as burning on that areas for some times, but after it feels good for itching problems. Today while I doing sex with my wife, I felt pain when foreskin of penis pulled down. After 5-6 hours I examine that there were some rashes under foreskin of penis and it feels pain now. Please advice what should I do now? can I apply antiseptic cream or moisturising cream on that areas of rahes?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The symptoms can be due to balanoposthitis. Oral course of antibiotics is needed. In addition, please don’t use any cosmetics on the penis, instead use some topical antimicrobials like Bacitracin or Lotrimin. Also corticosteroids and topical immunosuppressants can be used but they are available under prescription. Also retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin. In case the symptoms persist then please consult a urologist for evaluation and antimicrobials and steroids prescription.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
