Hello sir,
I am 24 years old and facing problem of premature ejaculation and feeling nervous due to size of penis.
when i watch any sex porn my penis erect and start releasing watery solution from penis immediately and feeling nervous due to my penis size penis it is 5.1 inch length and 2.3 cm in width and also my scrotum size is small so is there any sexual problem in me? please help me becoz i am getting married very soon but feeling little bit nervous........

And the fluid is precum, not premature ejaculation.  It is perfectly normal.  This fluid cleans out the urethra to correct the pH to be correct to keep sperm alive.  Relax!  You are normal.
