Thanks for the response. Doctor i dont have burning sensation, it just happened one morning. neither doi have discharge and back pain. I have also noticed that if i increase the intake of water more frequently, the urine comes fine to satisfaction. I have been taking Lasix and Alcacitrol prescribed by a doc, and i m feeling quite better now.

Hi,
Thanks for writing in. Frequent urge to urinate and urge incontinence can occur in two situations one is infection and the other is over active bladder.
Do you have any burning sensation, discharge and pain in the back? If yes then it could be infection. Infections can be routine urinary tract infections or STD’s. Get a urine analysis with culture and STD panel done.
Also visit a urologist for confirmation of diagnosis and further assistance in treatment. Maintain a intake and output diary so that you can get an idea of excess fluid intake if present. Include citrus fruits in diet.
Best.
