red bumps inside urethra blockage

i have recently been having a strange itchy feeling on the tip of my penis, it happened about 3 days ago, ive noticed that the opening to my urethra is reddend and it itches, well i observed last night in my shower and found when i pull the hole apart and look at the skin on the inside of my pee hole there is a red bump on the inside of my penis there are a couple of them and they are blood red and it looks like it could be swollen, it does not burn when i pee and when i do urinate my urine splits in two when i first start going, no pain when ejaculating or no pain when urinating but i am sexually active, i have had bumps on my penis that worried me before and went to the doc to get them check out who said they were perfectly normal, but this is starting to make me second guess that, i am sexually active and im worried of possible hpv or genital herpes, the bump on the inside of my penis is red and is right before the opening ive been tested as well for the basic stds which came back negative because i had discharge and i still get a discharge which might be urine from  a long time after i urinate (as the doc says). any ideas? ive very worried its not painful at all just very itchy, i figured if it was a genital herpe it would be pretty unbearible

i really appriciate it, im pretty sure if it was gential herpes it would be very painful, ive had other bumps on my penis and tried to pop them my fingernails left some nasty sores and the doctor told me they were normal and not to pop them and after observing the sores told me trying to pop them was a bad idea, you think popping the bumps could have caused an infection? the bumps on the inside of my pee hole are dark red and really tiny and my penis opening is really itchy. i appriciate all the help, is there any change in my diet i should make aswell? less soda more water more vegitables? anything to get my health back in shape, i think it is a yeast infection, ive had really loose stools lately almost everytime and i sleep seriously almost all day and just feel run down. but like i said i appriciate the help

Hello,
It can be due to balanitis, uerthritis, genital warts or herpetic sores( less likely). Take some oral antihistaminic like Benadryl. In addition, please don’t use any cosmetics on the penis, instead use some topical antimicrobials like Bacitracin or Lotrimin. Also corticosteroids and topical immunosuppressants can be used but they are available under prescription. Also retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin. In case the symptoms persist then please consult a urologist/dermatologist for evaluation.
