Hi,

The urethra is where both the urine and semen passes through. However, they do not usually come out together. It could be that there is residual semen hence the mixing in the urine. Yellow, greasy urine could be due to dehydration. It is best to drink plenty of fluids and rehydrate yourself. There are a lot of infertility causes such as abnormal sperm production or function, impaired delivery of sperm, general health and lifestyle issues, and overexposure to certain environmental elements. It would be best to see your urologist for further evaluation and to eliminate your doubts on infertility. Take care and keep us posted.

Hi,
Do you have any other signs and symptoms? Burning or pan while urinating is usually attributed to urinary tract infection. IT is a common infection that usually occurs when bacteria enter the opening of the urethra and multiply in the urinary tract. Symptoms usually include: frequent urination, incontinence, abdominal pain, painful urination or urine that is cloudy or has an unusual smell. Antibiotics often are used to treat urinary tract infections. If your condition persists, it would be best to consult your urologist for proper evaluation such as urine analysis and culture.
