i have a problem with my  penis ,it is too small about 4 1/2 inch on erection. small testis,premature ejaculation.during childhood i had circumcission  along with part of glans penis.due to this reason im worried about my sexual life,i am psychologically worried .i am about 20 years old.can u please give reasons for this small penis &please suggest a treatment fo this case .how would ur answer help me pls tell me.can i be happily married .plz reply.

I have circumcised on 21 june haven't developed while bt am worried I thnk my penis will never grow bt I have pimples,hair around my testicles,armpit nd it hasn't developed yet y

What you seem to be having is called micropenis or microphallus. It can be due to testosterone deficiency, pituitary hormone deficiency, hypergonadotropic hypogonadism and growth hormone deficiency. Various investigations required are chromosomal studies, hormone studies like Gonadotropins (LH and FSH), Testosterone and DHT levels, thyroid hormone lvels, ultrasonography and testosterone therapy.
I would suggest you to consult a urologist for this.
